Job summary

NDA in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to design, develop, and maintain native apps using Swift and SwiftUI. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging mobile experiences for millions of users.

The role emphasizes performance tuning, automated testing (unit and snapshot tests), API integration, and participating in architecture decisions. A hybrid schedule with 3 on-site days and start ASAP is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience developing native iOS apps.
• Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit and snapshot).
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging mobile experiences.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions for millions of users.
• Integrate APIs with backend teams and ensure end-to-end functionality.
• Monitor app health, investigate incidents, and resolve production issues.
• Profile and optimize performance for improved responsiveness.
• Implement and maintain automated testing strategies (unit/snapshot).
• Contribute to architecture decisions across the mobile platform.
• Maintain code quality, test coverage, and engineering best practices.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation to inform product decisions.
