Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Leiden, The Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support technology transfer and production of CAR-T products for clinical trials and commercial supply. You will act as process SME across Development, Manufacturing, and Quality, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliant, cost-efficient operations.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, 5+ years in biotech manufacturing, and experience with MSAT, process transfer, or

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline.
Advanced degree preferred.
Preferably 5 or more years of manufacturing support or related experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (MSAT, manufacturing or process development).

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end process and resolve issues during production.
Provide technical input and act as lead investigator for process deviations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
Author, review and approve technical documentation (investigations, changes, SOPs, batch records, protocols, reports).
Lead interactions on behalf of MSAT during production campaigns on shopfloor and Front-Line Support.
Drive and own change controls and MSAT impact assessments.
Participate in initiatives to ensure safe and compliant cgMP operations.
