Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Senior Process Engineer MSAT to support technology transfer and production of CAR-T related products in Leiden. You will collaborate with Development, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure rapid, flawless, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of high-quality therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing support or related experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (MSAT/manufacturing/process development).
• Travel: up to 5% of time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Lead investigations for process deviations and drive CAPAs.
• Author/review technical documentation (investigations, SOPs, batch records).
• Lead cross-functional MSAT interactions during production campaigns.
• Support change controls and process improvements to ensure compliant, cost-effective delivery.
