Job summary

Poki is a fast-growing tech scale-up building the ultimate online playground for casual web games. We own the monetisation and adtech strategy for the Poki platform, aiming to improve revenue per player and impression while evolving ad formats and SDK integrations.

You will work with engineering, data and business teams to ship changes that help developers earn money, advertisers reach relevant audiences, and players enjoy a high-quality free-to-play experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including online advertising/monetisation.
• Technically literate; able to explain monetisation concepts to engineers.
• Analytical with data-driven prioritisation and experimentation.
• Motivated by revenue outcomes and developer earnings.
• Strong stakeholder alignment across engineering, data and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monetisation and adtech roadmap from discovery to rollout.
• Improve in-game and display/video ad integrations to optimise revenue and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers worldwide to boost SDK adoption and monetisation performance.
• Research adtech trends to identify opportunities for brands and advertisers.
• Contribute to Poki's long-term monetisation strategy and platform economics.
