Job summary

Poki is building a new extension of its user experience with the reach of over 100 million monthly players. You will own the product end to end, from research and pricing to vision and roadmap, leading a dedicated design, engineering, and business team to launch quickly and iterate.

You will define success metrics, build a roadmap with leadership, and drive adoption through data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and a fast-paced, product-led culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience on web-scale consumer products used by millions.
• Took at least one product from 0 to 1, and launched and managed at least one mobile app.
• Experience with pricing and market research to validate audience and price points.
• Familiarity with gaming or game design.
• Excellent, structured communicator with ability to create buy-in for a new product vision.

Responsibilities

• Own a new extension of Poki user experience end to end from market research to launch and iteration.
• Lead a dedicated design, engineering and business team to ship the product to market quickly.
• Define success metrics and an agreed roadmap with leadership.
• Iterate from early signals to achieve proven adoption and traction within 12 months.
• Make fast decisions with incomplete data and set up impact-driven metrics.
