Job summary

Poki is a fast-growing tech scale-up focused on free-to-play web games. As Senior Product Manager for Monetisation & Adtech, you will own the advertising and in-game monetisation strategy for Poki's platform, shaping revenue per player and per impression while evolving ad formats and integrations.

You'll work with engineers, developers, data and business teams to ship improvements that help developers earn money, attract advertisers and keep players engaged with a great free experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, incl. 2–3 years in online advertising/monetisation
• Able to explain monetisation concepts to engineers
• Highly analytical with data-driven prioritisation
• Focused on revenue outcomes and developer earnings
• Excellent stakeholder alignment across engineering, data and commercial teams
• Strategic, agile, iterative mindset with early idea validation
• Familiarity with gaming ecosystems or game design
• Experience with in-game ad UX or playable ad formats

Responsibilities

• Own the adtech and monetisation roadmap end-to-end
• Improve SDK and ad stack to boost revenue and user experience
• Collaborate with developers worldwide to improve monetisation performance
• Research how adtech is evolving to find opportunities for brands and advertisers
• Align engineering, data and commercial teams to ship meaningful improvements
