Job summary

The role requires strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID skills, ITIL familiarity, and a cloud-first mindset. You’ll collaborate across countries and time zones, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk in an international or multi-entity organisation.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Understanding of identity and access management (Entra ID, joiner-mover-leaver processes).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and basic ITIL awareness.
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line IT support for laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, printers, network access and conference room equipment.
• Manage incidents and service requests through our ITSM system, with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Support onboarding, changes and offboarding, including account creation, access changes and device preparation.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune.
• Deploy and maintain endpoints via standardised builds and zero-touch deployment.
• Support security and compliance requirements, including access control, device compliance, patching and conditional access.
• Remove root causes of recurring issues and improve self-service guidance.
• Be a clear, calm point of contact for technical and non-technical users across different countries and business units
