Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to shape our modern workplace for 2,500+ users and build the function from the ground up. You will own the Modern Workplace roadmap and drive cloud-first initiatives.

You will lead the SCCM to Intune transition, oversee endpoint management on Windows and macOS, accelerate adoption of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, and contribute to automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or Workplace Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Modern Workplace roadmap and define next steps for workplace transformation.
• Lead the transition from SCCM to Microsoft Intune and establish governance for device management.
• Shape endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including software deployment and patch management.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Contribute to automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, providing guidance to the IT Service team.
