Job summary

Proactive Global in Eindhoven is seeking a Senior Operations Maintenance Technician to join a mobile maintenance team supporting automated sorting and material handling systems across multiple stations in the Netherlands. The role is on-site with travel between locations and on-call duties.

You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot a range of electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment, and coordinate with vendors and maintenance specialists to ensure

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, electromechanical and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on with conveyors and automated sorting equipment.
• Experience with CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo.
• Willingness to travel between sites and be on-call.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated sorting and material handling systems.
• Travel between logistics stations to provide on-site maintenance support.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, electromechanical, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate external service providers and vendors attending site.
• Record maintenance activities and parts usage in Maximo CMMS.
• Follow LOTO and safety procedures.
