Job summary

Motus People Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and optimize advanced automation systems in the Netherlands. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance and improve reliability of high-tech machinery.

The role offers relocation support, housing assistance, and guidance with taxes and health insurance. The position includes shift work with a shift allowance, a strong focus on safety and quality, and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

At least 5 years hands-on experience servicing machinery, automation systems or industrial equipment.
Completed technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Able to diagnose and solve technical problems independently.

Responsibilities

Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repairs on complex machinery.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and resolve on-site issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize machine availability and uptime.
Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to long-term reliability improvements.
Support quality improvements and advise customers on machine performance.
Work independently to diagnose and solve technical challenges in a dynamic environment.
Ensure machinery operates safely, reliably and efficiently.
