YAVICA, based in the Netherlands, is seeking a senior Project Manager with extensive ERP (Dynamics 365) implementation experience to oversee multiple large-scale projects within a strategic program. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage teams and vendors, and shape the project direction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales and, with solution architects, provide budgets and high-level plans for pipeline projects.
• Initiate and independently drive projects from start to finish.
• Manage project teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end project management and successful delivery on time and quality.
• Arrange facilities for the project team, provide training and enable peak performance.
• Solve complex project problems and ensure timely completion with high quality.
• Design project schedules, set timelines, and delegate tasks to team members.

About the role:

We are looking for a Netherlands based senior Project Manager with experience in managing multiple ERP (D365 FO) implementation projects within a strategic program or overseeing very large individual ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate should be adept at handling multiple concurrent projects, teams, and vendors, and possess the skills to drive the strategic direction of these projects.

What you will be responsible for:

• Participate in pre-sales activities and in collaboration with solution architects provide budgets and high-level plans for pipeline projects.
• Initiate and independently drive projects end-to-end.
• Management of the project team(s).
• Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the respective clients.
• End-to-End management and coordination of the project and responsibility for the successful completion of the project.
• Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the best out of the team.
• Solve complex problems which arise in the project and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.
• Design schedule for the project, and set time line for each member of the team and delegate specific task to each members of the project.

• Can work independently, assume full responsibility for own projects and risks, and escape issues appropriately when needed.
• Have experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementation or other big ERP solutions.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and experience collaborating on Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts.
• Are experienced with working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to keep a high level of quality in work and a positive mindset.
