Overview

As an Application Manager D365 F&O, you will be part of MegaGroup’s IT department and play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. You ensure that the system performs reliably, customize and configure the application to meet the evolving needs of the organization, and translate business requirements into practical, future‑proof solutions. By staying up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 F&O, you proactively introduce improvements and best practices that enhance both functionality and user experience.

A typical day starts with a stand‑up, where you and your team share updates, successes, and upcoming challenges. Once aligned, you move on to your priorities, monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements that keep processes running smoothly. You support colleagues in getting the most out of the platform by providing guidance and training, and when incidents arise, you swiftly determine both immediate fixes and long‑term solutions to prevent recurrence.

You take initiative whenever you see an opportunity to make processes smarter or more efficient. You analyze the situation, propose improvements, and take ownership of the implementation from start to finish. Throughout your work, you stay closely aligned with stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to ensure everyone is informed and engaged. Alongside your daily responsibilities, there is also room to explore new possibilities, test ideas, and document insights that contribute to continuous optimization across the organization.

What you will bring

• Bachelor degree, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Business IT
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Application Administrator
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization
• Experience with dashboards and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
• Fluent English is required; Dutch language skills are a great bonus
