Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Leiden is seeking an experienced MES Tech Lead (Recipe Authoring) to drive EBR recipe authoring, manage complex MES logic, and partner with MSAT and Manufacturing to ensure recipes reflect processes and quality expectations.

In this senior IC role you will own recipe design standards, review configurations, support validation (IQ/OQ/UAT), troubleshoot incidents, and guide cross-functional teams toward GMP compliance, data integrity, and robust change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Hands-on MES recipe authoring experience in GMP environments.
• Expertise in EBR design, MES logic development, and recipe troubleshooting.
• Strong collaboration with MSAT, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES recipe authoring and EBR workflow design.
• Define and maintain recipe design standards and best practices.
• Review and approve recipe designs, configurations, and changes.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/UAT) related to recipes.
• Troubleshoot recipe logic and incidents; implement robust fixes.
