Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands seeks a seasoned Materials Operations professional for Leiden Cell Therapy Site. You will manage routine and non-routine activities for ambient and cold chain materials, ensuring GMP-compliant handling, labeling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include training teammates, performing data verification, and coordinating operations across shifts. Experience with SAP/eWM and a focus on safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a cGMP warehouse environment and understanding of Materials Management.
• Experience with cold chain logistical movement of time critical biologics.
• Knowledge of freight forwarder and courier shipments is preferred.
• Advance experience with SAP or similar Warehouse ERP systems.
• Ability to define and write procedures and SOPs.
• Strong technical writing skills and data reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and non-routine warehouse activities per GMP SOPs.
• Receive, store, issue, and disposition materials including ambient and cold chain.
• Prepare materials for shipment and ensure proper labelling and documentation.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory control; handle damaged/expired materials.
• Train associates on GMP Material Operations and SOP adherence.
• Support system troubleshooting (SAP, eWM) and data verification.
