Job summary

QuantWare seeks a highly skilled MES & Automation Engineer to design, implement and support MES and automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will drive MES data, routing, constraint/dispatch management, and DOE functionality while integrating with SECS/GEM interfaces and factory IT systems.

You’ll collaborate with IT, Engineering and Production to ensure robust, traceable manufacturing operations, and participate in project execution from design through production

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MES, automation, or manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on SECS/GEM development and templates.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of databases and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, deploy, and support MES/automation solutions.
• Integrate MES with equipment, databases and factory systems.
• Develop SECS/I, HSMS, SECS/GEM interfaces and templates.
• Coordinate with IT, Automation, Production and Eng. teams.
• Deliver projects on time with documentation and validation.
• Provide troubleshooting and continuous improvement across systems.
