Job summary

Vantage Consulting seeks an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager for a 6-month contract in the Netherlands, supporting a data centre power systems specialist near IJmuiden.

You'll own MEP delivery across live data centre projects, managing electrical and mechanical scope on-site, coordinating subcontractors, tracking programme and quality, and acting as the primary liaison between client, main contractor and site teams.

Job description

Vantage Consulting is recruiting a Senior MEP Project Manager for a 6-month contract based in the Netherlands, supporting a data centre power systems specialist near IJmuiden. This is a fast-moving requirement with the client actively reviewing candidates now, ASAP start.

You'll take ownership of MEP delivery across live data centre projects, managing both electrical and mechanical scope on-site. This includes coordinating subcontractors, tracking programme and quality, and acting as the key point of contact between client, main contractor, and site teams. Power systems experience (HV/LV, UPS, generators, switchgear) is strongly preferred given the client's focus.

You'll need to work independently, read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications confidently, and manage stakeholders across disciplines without heavy oversight. Rate is around £700/day depending on experience.
