Job summary

Leap29 is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and public health elements on a major data centre project in the Netherlands. You will manage all aspects of MEP packages, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with various teams for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Lead.
• Proven experience on data centre, high-tech, or industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, LV/MV, BMS, HVAC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical packages across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with design consultants and BIM teams to ensure buildability and system integration.
• Lead MEP subcontractor meetings and interface with site and project managers.
