Job summary

ASEE Group in Groningen, Netherlands, seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager or Contracts Manager to oversee multiple complex projects across Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage commercial goals, and drive project delivery from inception through to completion.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, 5+ years in construction/MEP, and a proven ability to manage large project portfolios in international settings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or MEP industry.
• A relevant Engineering Degree or technical qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and project teams simultaneously
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project cost management
• MEP or data centre experience is highly advantageous
• A solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead under pressure

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction and engineering projects from inception to completion
• Take full commercial and financial responsibility for each contract
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and site operations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Manage and coordinate all labour resources and project execution activities
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards
• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and KPIs
• Implement best practice project controls and problem-solving frameworks to meet deadlines
• Deliver clear and timely communication to all internal and external stakeholders

Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of complex projects across Europe, ASEE Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior MEP Project manager or Contracts Manager to join our team in Groningen, Netherlands.

We are looking for a motivated leader with the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards, all while meeting critical programme and commercial goals.
