Job summary
Mendix is seeking a Senior Consultant Lead Developer to advise and implement technical solutions for customers across The Netherlands and the EMEA. You will guide partners in integrating the Mendix App Platform into enterprise landscapes, collaborating with architects and customer teams to ensure successful adoption.
You will work on multiple projects, engaging with diverse customers, while aligning with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years).
- Preferably at least 3 years hands-on Mendix platform experience, with Advanced certification.
- Experience with or understanding of Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL.
- Passion for cloud-native and mobile tech (Responsive, PWA, Native).
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to solve complex problems.
- Proven leadership and project delivery skills in software development.
- Engaging and professional demeanor for customer work.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tooling (Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Be Mendixguide, driving innovation through Mendix implementations.
- Guide customers to integrate Mendix into enterprise landscapes.
- Hands-on development from planning to adoption.
- Empower customers to become self-sufficient with Mendix.
- Train customers and partners to elevate their skills.
- Champion Scrum/Agile-led implementations with Mendix.
- Collaborate with R&D to enhance the Mendix Platform.
- Contribute to EMEA Communities of Practice.
