Job summary

Qualogy is seeking a Senior Mendix Engineer in Rijswijk (hybrid) to turn business ideas into stable, scalable Mendix applications. You will work between business and IT, delivering end-to-end solutions across sectors and contributing to architecture, performance, and knowledge sharing.

The role requires 5+ years of Mendix experience, an HBO degree, and fluent Dutch. You’ll join a multicultural team with a strong learning culture and a competitive salary with a monthly range of €4,500–€6,000 plus

Qualifications

• 5+ years Mendix Engineer/Consultant experience.
• HB0 degree (HBO) or higher.
• Strong communication in Dutch.
• Experience designing end-to-end applications (A to Z).
• Ability to translate complex processes into workable solutions.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Independent and proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Mendix applications for various clients and sectors.
• Translate complex processes into smart low-code solutions.
• Work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute ideas on architecture, performance and scalability.
• Share knowledge within Qualogy's Mendix Community.

What do you bring?

Must-haves:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Mendix Engineer / Consultant
• At least an HBO degree
• Strong communication skills in Dutch
• Experience designing complete applications from A to Z
• Ability to translate complex processes into workable solutions
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML5 and CSS3
• Independent and proactive work attitude

Nice to have:

• Ambition toward Technical Lead.
