Job summary

Capgemini Utrecht is seeking a Senior Mendix Consultant to help clients translate business challenges into scalable Mendix solutions. You will design, develop and optimize applications, collaborating with architecture, integration, cloud, AI, security, and data specialists.

You lead multidisciplinary teams, advise on low-code governance, and drive value with AI-enabled processes while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes and Dutch-language delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Mendix development experience.
• IT-related degree or equivalent experience in software engineering.
• Broad Mendix proficiency: domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations.
• Consultancy skills to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience leading teams in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• An AI mindset and interest in Mendix Maia and AI-enabled processes.
• Excellent Dutch language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications creating value for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise on Low-Code strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions integrating SAP, Azure, APIs, data platforms, and legacy systems.
• Lead teams and drive delivery within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Coach and mentor consultants and developers to grow technically and professionally.
• Contribute knowledge sharing and accelerators to Capgemini's Low-Code community.
