Job summary
Capgemini Utrecht is seeking a Senior Mendix Consultant to design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications for enterprise clients. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, shaping digital transformations and AI-enabled processes.
The role combines hands-on Mendix development with consultancy, leadership, and governance. You will mentor teammates, lead delivery in Agile settings, and collaborate with architecture, cloud, data, and security specialists in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Mendix development experience.
- IT-related degree or background in software engineering.
- Broad Mendix platform development: domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations, data and performance.
- Experience leading teams, guiding stakeholders, and delivering in Agile, Scrum or DevOps.
- Fluent Dutch language skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to shape digital transformation initiatives.
- Advise on Low-Code strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
- Lead delivery across full application lifecycle with Architects, Cloud, and Data teams.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to Capgemini's Low-Code community.
