Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Medical Advisor (Hematology) based in Breda. The role acts as a therapeutic area scientific expert, partnering with MSLs and CVT to translate strategy into tactics, while ensuring compliant data generation and dissemination.

Qualifications

Analytical reasoning, clinical research and regulations knowledge.
Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
Strong understanding of medical affairs, data generation and dissemination processes.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry or academic medicine preferred.
Dutch and English, or French and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Therapeutic area scientific expert and trusted partner to internal/external stakeholders.
Develop stakeholder influence mapping and annual engagement plan for MAF/Msl team.
Coordinate data generation activities with GCO/RWE teams; discuss key target centers/contacts.
Disseminate medical/scientific data in compliance with healthcare guidelines.
Lead cross-functional alignment with CVT, MTAL and MSLs; manage MAF budget.
