Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in Breda, the Netherlands, to join the Solid Tumor medical affairs team. You will discuss products with healthcare professionals, provide fair, balanced, scientific information, and support the country MA tactical plan.

The role requires a medical/biomedical degree, Dutch and English fluency, and at least 2 years in Medical Affairs. This fixed-term position includes a pathway to extension and reports to MTAL.

Qualifications

• Must have a scientific degree (medical doctor, pharmacist or biomedical/scientific sciences) with MD/PhD as an asset.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years in Medical Affairs in pharma or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of scientific research, clinical trial design/conduct and clinical data.
• Strong communication skills for peer-to-peer data discussion.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into clinical practice information for patients.
• Team-oriented, with a can-do attitude and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific expert within the Therapeutic area and provide up-to-date knowledge on topics in oncology.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary scientific contact for Johnson & Johnson and external partners.
• Collaborate with CROs and clinical operations on feasibility, site selection, and data activities for trials and Real World Data studies.
• Use digital tools to support medical education and scientific communications.
