Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Breda, NL, seeks a senior Medical Advisor for Hematology. You will be a therapeutic area expert, translating MA strategy into local tactics with MSL teams, guiding medical insights, and supporting CVT strategy.

Strong MA/clinical experience and Dutch/English language skills are essential. Responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, data generation, medical education, and cross-functional collaboration with MTAL/EML teams.

Qualifications

Scientific degree: medical doctor, pharmacist or degree in biomedical/scientific sciences (MD/PhD an additional asset).
Experience in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical R&D in pharma or academia.
Languages: Dutch & English, or French & English where applicable.

Responsibilities

Be the therapeutic area scientific expert with up-to-date knowledge of medicines and clinical activity.
Develop stakeholder engagement plans and coordinate with MSL/MA teams.
Coordinate data generation and dissemination activities with Global/EMEA teams.
Lead medical leadership at CVT and support cross-functional partners to shape strategy.
Manage budgets and act as Study Responsible Physician where applicable.
