Johnson & Johnson in Breda, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Medical Advisor (Hematology) to act as a therapeutic area scientific expert and partner across Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams. The role translates strategy into country tactics, supports MSL activities, and engages stakeholders within a matrix organization.

You will lead data generation, medical education, and advisory activities, reporting to MTAL. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or equivalent in biomedical/scientific sciences; MD/PhD is an asset.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical R&D in pharma or academic medicine.
• Languages: Dutch & English, or French & English where applicable; written and spoken.
• Integrity mindset aligned with Credo values, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as therapeutic area scientific expert and trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate MAF strategy into country-specific tactics and coordinate with MSL team.
• Lead CVT strategy development, stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.
• Disseminate medical information per compliance guidelines and support data generation.
• Provide medical leadership at CVT; coordinate with MTAL and other cross-functional partners.
• Manage internal Medical Affairs budget and contribute to strategic advisory activities.
