Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Breda, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Medical Advisor (Hematology) to act as the scientific expert and country partner for Medical Affairs. You will translate global strategy into local tactics, collaborate with MSLs and CVT, and drive medical insights into strategic actions across the TA.

You will engage cross-functionally, manage advisory boards, and lead data generation and dissemination activities while navigating a matrix organization within a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree: medical doctor, pharmacist or degree in biomedical/scientific sciences (MD/PhD an asset).
• Languages: Dutch & English, or French & English; spoken, read and written.
• Integrity mindset, adhering to J&J Credo values, regulations and HCBI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Therapeutic area scientific expert for hematology in Breda, acting as trusted partner to internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement plans and map key opinion leaders for strategic impact.
• Coordinate data generation and dissemination activities with GCO/MA teams and CVT partners.
• Provide leadership, training, and cross-functional guidance to internal partners in MAF strategy.
