Monks is seeking a Group Director, Group Business Lead to manage senior client relationships, drive group commercial health, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across our client portfolio. You will shape go-to-market strategies and ensure data-driven insights underpin outcomes.

Lead Client Strategy Leads and Directors, champion AI-enabled workflows, and oversee client scorecards to hit performance goals. This high-impact role offers growth within a global, data-driven agency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in client service, media strategy and digital media.
• BS/BA with emphasis on marketing, advertising, or business.
• Fluent in data-driven strategies and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead client teams in go-to-market strategies and integrated media plans.
• Own the commercial health of the group: scopes, staffing, forecasting, growth.
• Maintain deep knowledge of each client's priorities and performance.
• Ensure senior leadership is engaged and informed on relationship health.
• Oversee cross-agency partnerships and Monks collaboration.
