Job summary

Kinetron in Tilburg, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and development efforts. You will manage projects from concept to delivery, including prototyping, testing and supplier coordination, while supporting production and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in product development and design, preferably with SolidWorks.
Experience supporting production with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Strong organisational and communication skills in Dutch and English.
Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from client contact to delivery, including concept development, prototyping and testing.
Coordinate suppliers, sourcing parts, and setup of production lines.
Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve product and manufacturing issues via root cause analysis.
Maintain communication with team members, clients and suppliers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the commercial department.
