Job summary

Leiden Cell Therapy Site at Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a dynamic materials management professional to join our supply chain team. The role focuses on routine activities for movement, cleansing and storage of materials, supporting internal and external customers in GMP-compliant operations.

You will handle ambient and cold chain materials, participate in inventory control, labeling, and documentation, while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a cGMP warehouse environment.
• DOT/IATA/HazMat experience and certifications a plus.
• Experience with receiving, temperature storage, issuance, and inventory control practices including cycle counting and disposition of rejected/expired material.
• Experience in cold chain logistical movement of time-critical and temperature-sensitive biologics.
• Knowledge of freight forwarder and courier documentation requirements is preferred.
• Understanding controlled temperature, humidity, and pest control monitoring for cGMP environments.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine activities such as receipt, storage, transfer, distribution, disposal and cleaning of all type of materials (ambient, cold chain, dangerous goods) as per GMP procedure.
• Prepare all type of material for shipment to internal and external parties, as per GMP procedure.
• Label materials appropriately in accordance with GMP procedures.
• Perform inventory control practices including cycle counting and handling rejected/expired material disposition.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace and assist in equipment/fixture setup as requested.
• Facilitate ambient and cold chain sampling in collaboration with other departments.
• Coordinate internal and external customer requests across multiple unit operations during shifts.
• Operate material handling equipment and manage material per specifications.
• Review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
