Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Leiden's Cell Therapy site seeks a experienced materials management professional to ensure GMP-compliant handling, storage and movement of ambient and cold-chain materials, supporting internal and external customers.

You will manage inventory, labeling, and shipment preparation, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with multiple unit operations during shifts. This role requires strong SAP ERP skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a cGMP warehouse environment.
• Experience with temperature storage and inventory control practices.
• Experience with cold chain logistical movement of biologics.
• Knowledge of freight forwarder shipments and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine activities such as receipt, storage, transfer, distribution, disposal and cleaning of materials per GMP procedure.
• Prepare materials for shipment to internal and external parties as per GMP procedure.
• Label materials appropriately according to GMP procedures.
• Conduct cycle counting and material disposition for rejected/expired items per GMP procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized working space and assist in equipment setup as requested.
• Coordinate internal and external customer requests across unit operations during their shift.
