Qualifications

• Very good English skills required; other languages are an asset.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in billing in shared service or BPO.
• University degree (preferable in accounting) or students/graduates able to work full time.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and manage expectations.
• Ability to work in an international, diversified professional environment.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and control frameworks.
• Problem solving, priority setting, planning, delegation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Master Data processes and act as SME for the team.
• Lead and support the full process of supplier creation and updates.
• Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of supplier profiles.
• Contact suppliers to verify bank details and resolve complex issues.
• Update financial system data in line with company policies and data quality standards.
• Create, update and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Master Data.
• Handle complex customer requests and provide advanced issue resolution.
• Escalate issues professionally to internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, guidelines and audits.
• Support Team Leader with daily operations and strategic tasks.
• Mentor and support Junior and Mid-level Analysts.
• Prepare monthly reports for Referrals Origination and Data Management scopes.
• Process complex ad-hoc Master Data requests.
• Own new processes within Master Data scope and drive improvements.
