Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Master Data processes and act as SME for the team.
• Lead and support the full process of supplier creation and updates.
• Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of supplier profiles.
• Contact suppliers to verify bank details and resolve complex issues.
• Update financial system data in line with company policies and data quality standards.
• Create, update and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Master Data.
• Handle complex customer requests and provide advanced issue resolution.
• Escalate issues professionally to internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, guidelines and audits.
• Support Team Leader with daily operations and strategic tasks.
• Mentor and support Junior and Mid-level Analysts.
• Prepare monthly reports for Referrals Origination and Data Management scopes.
• Process complex ad-hoc Master Data requests.
• Own new processes within Master Data scope and drive improvements.

Master Data team in GSC is supporting multiple business units and locations, working with all finance GSC Teams, responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency of the team’s performance, resolving problems and developing the team.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of Master Data processes, regularly updating expertise using the latest manuals and acting as a subject-matter resource for the team
• Lead and support the full process of supplier creation and updates

About you
