Zusammenfassung

TIP Group is seeking a Senior Marketplace Performance & Digital Sales Specialist to own the online visibility of TIP-Used.com and key marketplaces across Europe.

You will leverage dashboards and AI-driven data to optimize listings, drive faster sales, and improve pricing and stock mix in a collaborative, results-driven team.

This role offers hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days from home), a competitive salary, and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital merchandising experience.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards/BI tools.
• Experience with data automation and AI-enabled data sources.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
• Proactive ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own commercial performance and online visibility of TIP-Used.com and external marketplaces.
• Optimize asset listings and improve data quality using AI and automation.
• Analyze traffic, leads, and conversion to recommend pricing and stock priority.
• Coordinate digital campaigns to enhance the buyer journey and generate leads.
• Collaborate with a practical, supportive team and value input.
