Job summary

HG International b.v. is seeking an ambitious Online Key Account Manager to grow our European marketplace business across bol.com, Allegro, TikTok Shop and other 3P partners.

You will manage forecasts, pricing, promotions and assortment, collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing, and turn data into actionable improvements. Hybrid role based in Almere with a focus on results and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field.
• Commercial experience within e-commerce, online retail, marketplace account management or another relevant customer-facing commercial environment.
• Experience with sales forecasting, revenue, pricing, promotions and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales and performance data.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow HG’s business with bol.com, Allegro, TikTok Shop and selected 3P marketplace partners.
• Build commercial account plans and identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
• Own and maintain sales forecasts, incorporating trends, promotions, seasonality and growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance against forecast and take corrective actions.
• Analyze sales, pricing, promotions, assortment, profitability and availability to understand drivers of performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability for commercial plans.
• Work with Brand, Content and Performance Marketing to support opportunities with strong online execution.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and monitor competitive developments.
