Job summary

Follo is building a fast-growing marketplace team across Europe. As Account Manager Marketplaces you will be the strategic partner helping brands dominate Bol, Amazon, and Kaufland, translating ambitions into concrete growth.

You will develop marketplace growth plans, advise on pricing, content and international rollout, build lasting client partnerships, and identify new opportunities. We value entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, and the ability to turn data into actionable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketplaces or e-commerce (medior) or 5+ years (senior).
• Proven experience in client management and building strategic partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of Bol, Amazon, and Kaufland across advertising, content, pricing, and feed management.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into a clear roadmap and well-defined choices.
• Strong, persuasive communication with an analytical mindset.
• At senior level, experience leading teams or building propositions.

• Build strong, long-term partnerships within your own client portfolio.
• Develop complete marketplace growth plans: content, advertising, pricing, and international rollout.
• Provide sharp advice on product positioning, brand protection, and commercial opportunities.
• Spot growth potential and turn it into concrete projects or expansions.
• Drive performance, keep priorities on track, and take a proactive, advisory role.
• Translate new business signals into valuable engagements.
