Zusammenfassung

TIP Group is seeking a Senior Marketplace Performance & Digital Sales Specialist to drive online visibility for TIP-Used.com and major marketplaces across Europe. You will optimize listings, leverage AI and automation to improve findability, and analyze performance data to fuel pricing and stock decisions.

You will work with Marketing to boost digital campaigns and lead generation. The role emphasizes ownership, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment

Qualifikationen

At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital merchandising.
Strong analytical skills with dashboards, Excel, or BI tools to turn data into action.
Experience with data automation and AI agents/external data sources is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Aufgaben

Own the commercial performance and online visibility of TIP-Used.com and key marketplaces.
Optimize asset listings and drive data quality using AI, APIs, and automation.
Analyze traffic, leads, and conversion data to recommend pricing, channel mix, and stock priorities.
Activate digital campaigns with Marketing to improve the digital buyer journey and generate high-quality leads.
Collaborate with a practical, supportive team that values input.
