Job summary
Tecwave B.V. is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer to design and calculate electrical systems for maritime projects.
You will collaborate with project managers and act as the technical contact within the team, from drawings to standards compliance, while supporting workshop panel building. The role requires an MBO/HBO in Electrical Engineering, experience with EPLAN P8, strong Excel skills, and 5+ years of relevant work experience, with Dutch/English fluency.
Qualifications
- MBO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with EPLAN P8; Propanel experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Proficient in Excel and related software; good Dutch and English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for maritime projects.
- Gather and analyze technical specifications based on project requirements.
- Perform calculations and validations to meet standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and act as a technical advisor.
- Provide support in the preparation and execution phases of projects.
- Continuously seek optimizations and innovations within work processes.
