Job summary

Nike is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to drive digital business operations across the EMEA region from Nike EHQ in Hilversum. The role focuses on flawless readiness and activation of digital product launches, with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days at home) and a strong emphasis on data-driven process improvement.

You will own operational delivery for launches, optimize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely asset delivery and inventory alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of product launches across all EMEA countries.

• Ensure accurate product activation, deactivation, grouping and attribution for digital assortment.
• Oversee timely delivery of digital assets and inventory in collaboration with planning, merch and brand teams.
• Participate in key trade meetings and seasonal planning gates as the platform operations lead.
• Leverage data and digital tools to inform decisions and improvements.

As a Nike Platform Operations Specialist at NIKE, you will be the driving force behind our digital business operations across the EMEA region. Operating within the dynamic Nike Direct Digital Platform Operations team, this role focuses on elevating the consumer journey by ensuring the flawless readiness and activation of digital product launches.

what will you do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the operational delivery for product launches and seasonal readiness for your assigned sport. You will continuously refine workflows and leverage data to drive efficiency across the board. Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end operational execution of product launches for your designated sport across all EMEA countries.
• Driving assortment readiness, including 3PP, by utilizing both business and operational insights.
• Ensuring the precise product activation, deactivation, grouping and attribution for the digital assortment.
• Overseeing the timely delivery of digital assets and inventory by partnering with sport crews such as planning, merch and brand to align on key initiatives.
• Participating in key trade meetings and seasonal planning gates as the primary platform operations point of contact.
• Leveraging data and digital tools to inform critical decision making and process improvements.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
