Job summary

Valcon is seeking experienced professionals in organisational design to boost effectiveness through transformation initiatives. You will translate strategy into practical design, collaborate closely with clients, and advance Valcon’s people and transformation capabilities.

Successful candidates bring 5+ years in consultancy, 3+ years implementing new business models, and strong communication with stakeholders; bilingual Dutch/English; and a collaborative team spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a numerical component.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including consultancy.
• 3+ years in implementing new business models.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage organisational changes from problem analysis to implementing new business models.
• Develop transformation strategies and guiding principles for clients.
• Oversee transformation projects with emphasis on delivery and stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain client networks and mentor consultants.
