Valcon is seeking a Senior Consultant Operational Transformation to bridge strategy and operations in a dynamic client environment. You will drive improvements in business processes, supervise project teams, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure measurable results and growth for Valcon.

The role requires a Bachelor's and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component, plus at least 2 years of consultancy experience. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

What will you do?

As a Senior Consultant Operational Transformation, you are the link between strategy and operation. You help the client with improvements in their business processes, you are responsible for the project, you supervise the employees on your project, and you build an excellent relationship with the client. You ensure and guarantee the result, where the acceptance of the clients’ employees is key. In addition, you contribute to the growth of Valcon.

Among your responsibilities will be the following:

• Managing organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
• Creating transparency in operational processes and the organisation and designing operational processes, for example through workshops.
• Optimizing customer processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation.
• Managing stakeholders from entire organisations.
• Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.

Experience

• A completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience including experience in consultancy.
• Highly developed conceptual thinking skills; you can easily draw insights and conclusions after looking at complex issues.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Process Modeling & Analysis, and Enterprise/Process Architecture is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand client processes and systems.
• Strong personality; you can retain your point of view while managing difficult stakeholders.
• Real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
