Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching in technical teams.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in regulated settings.
• Strong planning, documentation and compliance in GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team (5+FTE) and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies across utilities and facilities.
• Improve planning discipline and reliability across site assets.
• Partner with Engineering, Facilities, SHE, QA and Operations to deliver maintenance work.
• Represent maintenance in audits, investigations and CAPAs.
