As a Supply Chain Manager / Site Commercialization Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of product launches, lifecycle management activities, and supply chain change initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service and other stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Product Lifecycle Leadership
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end product launch and lifecycle management projects.
- Own and maintain overall launch project plans, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Manage change controls related to product launches, variations, and lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and milestone commitments.
- Facilitate Product Lifecycle Team (PLT) meetings and drive project progress.
- Support Regional Operations Leads and Senior Alliance Managers with project planning, workshops, and business case development.
- Execute supply chain improvement projects, including SKU management, rationalisation initiatives, and new packaging configuration implementations.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Coordinate launch and variation implementation activities across multiple functions.
- Build strong relationships with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Planning, Artwork, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Procurement teams.
- Provide regular project status updates and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication of site readiness activities and project risks.
Operational Excellence
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse complex operational challenges and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Promote best practices and operational excellence across the organisation.
- Support efficient and compliant project execution throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience; or
- Master's degree with 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience; or
- PhD with relevant industry exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, change control, or commercialisation processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional supply chain environments.
