Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for the Benelux region to organize, monitor, and optimize maintenance activities within our Service Distribution team. You will take ownership of incidents, preventive and corrective work, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy in IBM Maximo.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software or Industrial Automation or comparable
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a technical service environment
Excellent communication in Dutch and English; strong analytical and ERP skills

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, coordinate, organize, and follow up on multidisciplinary preventive and corrective service activities.
Organize materials, tools, permits, and competencies for service activities at customer sites.
Evaluate and improve maintenance planning, execution, and follow-up.
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure work is on schedule.
Ensure maintenance activities meet service contracts and system requirements.
Report inspection results and follow up on required actions.
Capture maintenance data in IBM Maximo.
