Job summary

DPD Netherlands in Beverwijk is hiring a Senior Employee Operations to ensure smooth daily logistics, coordinate on the floor, and guide colleagues. You will manage parcel handling, labeling checks, and process improvements, while supporting the team to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• VMBO-GL/TL/LBO level or equivalent working and thinking level.
• 2+ years in logistics, warehouse, or operational environment.
• Good English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with operational processes and quality control.
• Coaching and team-oriented attitude.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain overview.
• Flexible shifts within operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities on the work floor.
• Load, unload, scan, and sort parcels.
• Check labels, documentation, and parcel flows.
• Investigate and resolve operational deviations.
• Train and onboard new colleagues.
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
• Support Team Leader Operations with daily coordination.
