Job summary

The role designs future-state operating models, integrates automation and analytics, and partners with Operations, Digital and IT to deliver measurable, sustainable benefits while mentoring engineers and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering or logistics experience.
• Minimum 5 years in complex manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Experience leading large-scale operational excellence or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with automation, digitalisation, and analytics initiatives.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO or equivalent).
• Formal Lean/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma training or certification.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement across Stryker’s European logistics network.
• Design future-state operating models and engineering standards.
• Evaluate and implement warehouse automation, robotics and RFID solutions.
• Apply analytics, simulations, digital twins and real-time monitoring to improve decisions.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and governance for network performance.
• Build business cases for strategic logistics investments and scale across networks.
• Mentor engineers and leaders and communicate complex recommendations.
