Job summary

Stryker in Venlo, Netherlands is hiring a Logistics Engineer to optimize the flow of products, materials and information across distribution and value-added services. You will analyze performance, lead Lean/Six Sigma projects and build data dashboards to drive improvements in quality, service and productivity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in logistics engineering or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, SCM, Operations Management or related field.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or TMS.
• Experience using data analysis tools and Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or Black Belt) is preferred.
• Experience in regulated or medical device industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and operational performance to identify bottlenecks, waste, quality risks and service constraints.
• Conduct time studies, flow analysis and root cause investigations to improve safety and efficiency.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, training materials and control plans.
• Support new product launches and system changes through impact assessments and stabilization.
• Develop capacity, labour, storage, space utilisation and throughput models.
• Build dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decision making.
• Lead improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma, delivering measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and coach teams.
