Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in bioscience, biotechnology, biology, or medical discipline.
• 3+ years external account management or similar client-facing role.
• Familiar with pharma, food ingredients, and biotech markets.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships within your assigned territory and manage ongoing projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with business development, scientific, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience from quote to delivery.
