Job summary

DialogueTrainer is a rapidly growing scale-up in Utrecht, delivering experiential SaaS-based conversation training. As a Senior (Sr.) Business Learning Consultant in a hybrid role, you will lead client engagements from intake through implementation, shaping measurable learning outcomes and coordinating with the product team to deliver high-impact simulations.

You will manage multiple projects, expand client relationships, and collaborate across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years in commercial/client-focused role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact from intake to implementation of conversation simulations.
• Define learning objectives and translate them into measurable scenarios.
• Coordinate with development team to ensure quality and timelines.
• Expand client relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
