Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with extensive Laserfiche and iManage experience to provide Tier 2 support and engineering for document management platforms. You will own incidents, troubleshoot end-to-end, and drive operational improvements across security, governance, and availability.

The role partners with stakeholders, security, and vendors to ensure compliance while stabilizing services. Hybrid work model and a salary range of €50,000–€60,000 are included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Laserfiche and/or iManage in production.
• Knowledge of document management concepts (metadata, classification, search & indexing).
• Experience supporting end-user workflows on document platforms.
• Familiarity with authentication, SSO, directory services (AD/Azure AD).
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change) and SLAs.
• Ability to troubleshoot across platforms, integrations, and client components.
• Strong documentation discipline and change management adherence.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones with global teams and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for Laserfiche and/or iManage; own incidents through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot platform, integrations, authentication, permissions, storage, and indexing.
• Contribute to major incident response with technical leadership and updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and vendor releases; verify post-release stability.
• Drive improvements to monitoring, alerting, and incident reduction.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve integration defects.
